Hello. I was wondering if you know of any recycling centres in Singapore that can host a preschool classroom visit? My class of 4-year-olds are currently learning about recycling and are very eager for a field visit to a possible location. Hear from you! Thank you very much.

Hi Cynthia, the recycling companies usually don’t allow visits by preschoolers. But you can still try with the facilites at http://app2.nea.gov.sg/topics_localrecfacilities.aspx.

Hi Nicholas, we are checking with NEA on the types of items that can be recycled, including CDs. Will post more info when we get a reply from them.

Hello, I’m wondering if I could use some of the pictures in your site for my pupils. They are looking for pictures of recyclable items and those which are not and your website gives a very good example of them. Is there any formalities I’ve to go through to use the pictures?

Hi Rashidah, you can use the pics as long as you include a credit to Zero Waste Singapore or link back to the original website.
