What Do You Do With Used Red Packets?
Chinese New Year is 1 month away and it’s the time for receiving and giving out red packets. What do you do with all the used red packets? If you have reused them to make something, take a photo, share your tips and send to editor@zerowastesg.com. We will post the interesting ones on our website. Thanks and look forward to some great ideas!

Dear Editor,
We are Charity Environmental Group in Hong Kong, we have collected 20millions red packets over last 8 years in Hong Kong wide, all red packets are sorted and re-packaged by shelter workshop, which provide job opportunity for the disable. Then, it is re-distributed through banks, schools, communities center to the general public. I wish Singapore can do the same in one day and share this reuse practice. Reuse better than Recycle!
Thank you very much!

I have some unused red packets kept over years which are in good condition. Are there Avenue for re-use and is there any collection where I can drop of?
Pls email me as I don’t come into this website. It was a random search that landed me here. Thanks.
