If not, you may wish to check with the collectors at http://app2.nea.gov.sg/topics_collectrade.aspx. They usually provide the bins as well as the collection for a fee. I emailed a few of the contractors on NEA's list but response from them is slow or they will charge for each collection. This does'nt seem very encouraging for us to maintain our recycling programme.
